E-mail contact links

Spam damage has killed much of what I used as e-mail accounts. Anything you send to "@colight.com" is buried in thousands of pieces of crap... Even spam in German<sigh>

Sardax was good enough to make this pic for me.. I added a few touches and rendered it a little paler to at least slow address harvester software from spamming a working account.

I'm doing well at this single-handed reorganization of Colight. But it needs long days every day.

I've started a "Blog" here to fill everyone in on basic info. The pretty blue pic is there as well.

In order to help you solve any problems quickly this page provides "test links" which open in new windows and can be safely closed after testing. Also included are some suggested solutions. Please try them before contacting us.

Each problem category has a list of very helpful information we need to make any progress. This will prevent us having to exchange too many e-mails and will provide a quicker solution. Please include any test results or relevant information. They are ESSENTIAL to helping us solve any issues.

SPAM NOTE: Personalized spam has become a terrible time waster. In order to prevent my deleting your important e-mail, please DO NOT use words or phrases such as; "Hi, How are you, Great Stuff," etc., in your subject line. If you need to alter the subject line, please use something TJ or I will recognize as being Colight related.

INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION AS AVAILABLE. Insufficient information will delay or prevent solving your access issue!
1. First and Last Name.
2. Subscription number.
3. E-mail address used with I-bill (if different from this one.)
4. Transaction number.
5. Forwarded or pasted copies of any correspondance (e-mail) sent to you by I-bill.
6. Are you on an ISP (Independent service provider?) or a proxy server like MSN, AOL, Hotmail, etc?
7. Are you entering via a bookmark? (If so, have you tried entering via the "regular front door" at www.colight.com/index.html and following the links from there?)

1. Were you able to view the sample clips here?
2. What browser are you using? Netscape or Internet Explorer?
3. What version browser number? (Click "Help" on your browser and select "About Internet Explorer" (this works with all Microsoft software.)
4. Media player version number. (Ditto on the "Help" hint above.)
5. Are you updated on your Operating System's multimedia capabilities as well as the I.E. and Media Player multimedia updates?
6. Description of the error. If it has multiple symptoms, please supply the details. I cannot help lazy people.
